SHIPPING~ORDERS~PACKAGING

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES~
Most orders are free shipping within the US. As indicated heavy goods (weekender bags, Ali lamu, large pillows will incur a flat rate fee usually about $15.00)  I will work with you on shipping of these goods with flat rate or least expensive way of shipping. Large items can be picked up in the shop as well

Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. (unless specified otherwise) If there should be any delay in shipment for any reason we will notify you via email. We try to use recycled/ or biodegradable packaging in our shipping boxes and/or reused packing materials. So if your box isn't perfect then you know it was reused. We try to save as many boxes as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING~
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all international orders over $100 ($75 for Canada) Some products~jewelry, cards & other small items (light in weight) can be shipped for free international & domestic.
For all purchases under $100 we offer the below shipping guidelines.  if you email me before placing your order I will be happy to find the least expensive way to ship internationally. I understand shipping free sometimes determines the placing of an order but SOMEDAY is a one person show at the moment so I hope you will understand. Your purchase of items on this website for shipping to any destination outside the US implies your consent to the following terms:

-Tracking information is not always available for international shipments
-Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The purchaser/recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
-To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact USPS or your country's customs office.
-When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States. This means that as the purchaser, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package in tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered by USPS.
-If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SOMEDAY BOUTIQUE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
-Each country has it's own regulations concerning import of cosmetics, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with said regulations, we will not mislabel shipments as containing anything other than the true contents.

Sales Tax​~ We charge sales tax for items shipped to California. Tax applies to total purchase amount

Damaged Items​~ We take care when packaging your purchases, but sometimes they may arrive damaged. Should this occur, please send a photo of the damaged item to us at info@somedayboutique.com I can either replace the item or issue a refund. Given the limited quantities and one-­of-­a-­kind items in stock, I may not be able to replace the exact item.

RETURNS, FAQ & STUFF YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW

RETURNS~

Basically I am a very small operation here at SOMEDAY. If you are unsure of an item, please email and ask questions. I am happy to send samples of the beauty products so you can be sure you are happy with the goods you choose.
I will make exceptions to the return policy if you are truly unhappy with your purchase. We pay shipping to customer. At this time we can't offer FREE returns so you can send the product back by USPS or whatever works best for you or alternatively drop at our Santa Monica shop 1611 Montana Ave. suite 101

IN GENERAL~To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Worn/ used items or beauty products opened can not be returned. If an item is damaged in transit, of course we will make an exception
non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items (used)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@somedayboutique.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@somedayboutique.com .

Order Status​~You will receive an email when the order is processed. If you created an account when checking out, you can login to the website to check your order’s status. If you didn’t create an account, feel free to email us for an update. Most orders will go out in 1-3 days. If you need your order expedited in anyway, please email and let me know. I will do my best to accommodate holidays, birthdays etc.

Packaging​: I've been collecting boxes from friends, orders received & the day job so I can recycle as much as possible. Your box may not look perfect from the outside, but it's important to be conscious of our environmental impact. In most cases the shipping and packaging materials will be reused in an effort to reduce waste. Don't judge a book by its cover, the goods inside will be the prize.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver  

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES~

PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS PER ORDER. 
If customs charges occur, please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for the fees. SOMEDAY boutique is not responsible for customs charges. International orders may take up to 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped, as all orders must pass through customs and the processing times vary unpredictably.

Great care has been taken to ensure that all ingredients are of the purest quality. To eliminate the possibility of personal sensitivities or unknown allergies, please test a small amount of product (a drop or two) on a small patch of skin (the inner wrist or elbow) for two days before beginning full / regular use. Pregnant and / or nursing mothers are advised to consult a physician before introducing any new cosmetic product into their routine.
